At Thriving Time Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing transformative and high-quality learning experiences. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:

🚫 Non-Refundable Policy

All fees paid to Thriving Time Pvt. Ltd. for courses, consultations, workshops, or services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after registration

• Scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies

• Inability to attend sessions or access course material

• Dissatisfaction with course structure, content, or teaching style

• Technical issues from the participant’s end

⟳ Batch Transfer Provision

We understand that learning preferences may vary. In the event of genuine dissatisfaction with the teaching style or delivery, learners may request a one-time batch transfer, subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted in writing to support@thrivingtime.in within 7 days of course commencement

• Batch transfer will be offered only once and subject to availability in the upcoming schedule

• No content duplication or refund will be offered if the learner has already accessed over 30% of the course content

❗ Exceptions for Refund (Technical/Payment Issues Only)

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payments made in error (with valid proof)

• Failed transactions that were charged but not processed (subject to payment gateway confirmation)

Such issues must be reported within 3 working days of the transaction. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
